Re-Connect
The goal of Re-Connect was to develop a project for bridging damaged nerve cells: a nerve-to-electrode connection system based on a 3D micro-electrode array (MEA) sensor and a biochemical agent to guide the directional growth of nerve cells.
To establish a shared language within the team, to make the problem tangible and open for discussion, and to better understand the technical challenges, a material-based communication format was developed.
