Wunschküche

For this workshop, we translated three key topics into a menu. The ingredients served as food for thought, allowing participants to experience their desires in a multisensory way and think associatively. In the first phase of the workshop, the participants prepared the dishes together and systematically developed questions that arise in order to get closer to their desires. The questions were then discussed with experts from politics and science during the meal in the second phase of the workshop. The event took place in cooperation with Wissenschaft im Dialog. The starter consisted of a selection of wishes relating to nutrition and regional food production in connection with climate challenges.
The main course consisted of wishes relating to rural structures in connection with transformation challenges, translated into dishes.
The dessert consisted of wishes relating to values. Which values are important to us in order to be able to solve future challenges together?
